Delegated by the Council o Presidents to hold overall responsibility, authority and accountability: determination and successful implementation of IRCU programmatic priorities and fiscal soundness. It is constituted by two representatives from each member Institutionalized Religious Body including their Chief Executive Officers/Secretary Generals in Ex-Officio capacity. The representatives hold office for not more than two terms, of three years.
