IRCU Secretariat
Established by the Council o Presidents and supported by the Executive Board comprised of representatives from each of the constituting faiths, the Secretariat coordinates all the activities to fulfill the objectives of its establishment. It is headed by the Secretary General, recruited on rotational basis by the Executive Board and competent technical staff. The Secretariat supports programme, finance, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation components for all interventions implemented by the faith based organizations.

IRCU Secretariat - Joshua

Joshua Kitakule, Secretary General. Joshua holds an M.A in Conflict Resolution (UK), A Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management and a B.A in Social Sciences specializing in political sciences and public administration.

IRCU Secretariat - Agness

Agnes Nabawanuka Ssali, Finance Manager.
Agnes is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA-UK) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

IRCU Secretariat - Johnson

Johnson Masiko, Director HIV/AIDS and Public Health
is a very experienced programme management specialist in areas of planning, training and capacity building, strategic information and resource mobilization.
