IRCU together with partners; The Eldars For Uganda (TEFU, Inter-Party Organisaten for Dialogue (IPOD), National Consultative Forum (NCF), with support from the United Nations Development Programma (UMDP} are organizing the second edition of the Presidential and Constituecy Candidatas’ Debates. IRCU foreigner with partners Will organize two (2) presidential debates with each having two sessions and four (4) regional constituency debates. The  Presidential and Constituency Candidates debates aim to provide a balanced space for all presidential and constituency candidates to sell their manifestos to all Ugandans and make acommitment to transparent, inclusive ard violent-free  2021 general elections.

IRCU  is inviting competent media houses, to express interest and bid for the provison of the following Services: Media production and broadcasting; moderator services, research.
