The Inter-Religious Council of Uganda (IRCU) invites suitably qualified bidders who are dully registered to submit sealed bids for pre-qualification for the provision of Goods & Services for the FY 2022, 2023 & The prequalification should include but not limited to; Company profile, registration details, Tax clearance certificates and details of previous works undertaken in a related field;

- Supply and Maintenance of Generators & solar equipment

- Printing, Art, Design, Publishing, Binding, Engraving and Photocopying Services
- Repair and Servicing of Motor Vehicles and Cycles
- Repair and servicing of office equipment e Computers, Printers, Photocopiers etc.
- Courier, Clearing and forwarding services
- Transport, Air Ticketing, Tours & Travel services
- Auctioning Services
- ICT Services e Web hosting and web design and installation of software
- Security Services
- Insurance Services
- Fumigation & Cleaning services
- Hotel & Catering Services
- Legal Services
- Construction services
- Photography & Videography services
Sealed envelopes marked “Pre-Qualification For_____________ (Mention the Goods/Services) to
IRCU for 2022, 2023 & 2024” should be submitted with a bank deposit of UGX 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings Only) to (IRCU DEVELOPMENT FUND Account No. 6003763097, Absa Bank Uganda Ltd, Hannington Road Branch, Kampala, Uganda), not later than February 28, 2022 at 5:00PM;
